It was a 4-star hotel in every way. That place was exceptional including food and people. Comfortable beds, good size bathroom. Restaurant was modest!
-
We will definitely visit place next time on our next trip to Knowsley. We truly enjoyed our family suite.
-
Loud music in the morning at 10 o'clock (sports program) after the fire alarm at 5 o'clock in the night.
-
Room nice and big. . . Parking in front of the hotel and free of charge. Breakfast okay
The cleanliness in the room and in the pool area should be better. No public PC available.
-
The room was interesting with the additional space being quite a good idea and my 1st time. The pool, sauna, steam room are in good repair and thoroughly enjoyable.
The food was not as ordered and not very good value for money
-
The executive room was great, nice to gave a proper desk and dining table for meetings. relaxed and business like atmosphere.
Aircon broke down and as the hotel is right next to a busy road, opening the windows was a reluctant requirement.
-
The accomadation was suited to our family needs, The staff acomodated our family needs very well and usually when trying to book a room for 3 adults has been very upsetting and tiome consuming ( the 3rd adult being our daughter and disabled). There were no innuendos to the fact that we wanted this type of room and the comments of ` This many adults sharing is not allowed` Thank you very much and as we have a lot of family based in Liverpool area we will definatly be using you again and my daughter is already planning which swim suit to bring

Room was very comfortable, with outer sitting area to relax, watch tv or use laptop. Bed very comfortable and roomy.
Restaurant staff not particularly friendly and had to wait a very long time before being served, although when the food was eventually served it was good.
-
High standard of accomodation and facilities. Rooms excellent with separate lounge/office and bedroom. Room facilities good - 2 TV's, complimentary bottled water in addition to tea and "real" coffee making facilities. Also room safe and ironing facilities available. The hotel had a leisure club available for hotel guests. Food in restaurant good with attentive staff.
A little disappointed by the range of draught beers at the bar - all of the super cold variety which I personally do not like. The hot food buffet at breakfast was more "warm" than hot. This was also noted on my stay some weeks earlier. The location whilst very convenient being just off the M57 was perfect for a business stay, the site of the hotel adjacent to an industrial park does not easily lend itself to a stay for leisure purposes. However if people are aware of the limitations of the site then this is an excellent place to stay and good value for money.

The rooms were of a good size and there was no noise from activities on ground floor.
TV a little too small to see comfortably from bed.
-
Nice, clean and elegant hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are reasonably nice and proffesional. The swimming pool is nice and warm. The breakfast was very good.
The bathroom is too small. The swipe cards for the rooms (the keys for the rooms) were bad. They kept going out of order, and I had to go to the reception several times to reactivate them. It was a real hassle. Especially once I was in my pajamas, and I got locked out! The reception ended up changing the cards, which sorted the problem out, however, they did not appologise for the inconvenience.
-
We were impressed by the high standard of our executive suite, the furnishings were tasteful and the room was well designed and the large double bed was really comfortable too, we thoroughly enjoyed our saty, including the very good breakfast and will certainly be returning soon!
-
Despite faxing 7 pages for me upside down and charging 15p per page, the staff could not have been more helpful and charming.
The bathroom was stupidly small considering the amount of space available.
-
This was my third time staying here and it is a lovely hotel hence why we go back. The staff are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them as they will do all they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are spacious and clean and the food is excellent and I would recommend this hotel as a great relaxing place to stay.

liked the room but was disappointed that there was no air con working.
did nt like the location, should be specified more on the advertisement. no air con. and the fact that it would ve been an extra 10 pound each for breakfast in the room
